My name is Jason Alexander. By day, I work on Serve–an alternative payments platform from American Express. Previously, I’ve worked at Nokia, IDEO, Virgin Mobile, Sapient, and Studio Archetype. It is also my first public blog after much prodding from friends and colleagues. So any feedback and suggestions for improvement would be much appreciated. The content will evolve, but the theme is about finding sanity amid an endlessly chaotic work environment.
